It is my goal with this blog...

... to be a daily diary of the practice of finding joy, bliss, and happiness in my life, and sharing these things with all who also need to be uplifted. At 58, having lived much of my life in darkness and depression, I have realized that happiness is, to a large extent, a choice, and must be chosen again and again and, like meditation, it is a practice that will deepen with time. I must dedicate my life to this practice for my own well-being and so that I might be able to bring to the world work that is rooted in the love, peace, serenity, and upliftment such practices will bring.
